Meaningful Space for Reflection
I really appreciated the workshop facilitated by Samantha last Friday.
The segment on writing a letter to my younger self was particularly healing for me. It provided a meaningful space for reflection and helped surface emotions I hadn’t fully processed. I found it both grounding and cathartic.
I also resonated with the exercise involving the selection of three cards which seems to be representing the past, present, and future for me. It prompted me to continue reflecting on the different stages of self, and how each phase has shaped who I am today and who I am becoming.

I felt very nurtured and cared for.
I really enjoyed the session with Sam. She held the space effectively for us and because I felt safe I was able to overcome my feelings of vulnerability and open myself up to greater self-acceptance and awareness.
The activities were both fun and reflective, and I appreciated the sensory and grounding nature of the workshop. She had prepared so many wonderful workshop materials I would never otherwise have experienced, I felt very nurtured and cared for. I went away feeling uplifted and more connected with myself.
